Almost a year back, I had joined BR, and today I feel delighted to share my experience working here. It has definitely been an incredible ride, where I have come across a lot of worthwhile learning and opportunities for improvement.
The bonds I have developed with my peers at BR have helped me improve both my professional and personal lives. Sometimes, words fail to aptly express emotions and such is the state I am in, when it comes to explaining my connection with BR and it’s people.
I have worked in a handful of organizations before and I can tell that the way BR treats its employees is undeniably different. To begin with, BR never really treats its resources as ‘employees’.
BR gives everybody ample freedom and authority in decision making to move towards their personal and professional goals.
This has helped us consider BR’s customers as ‘our’ customers which encourages us to give our best every time.
At BR, the sky is the limit for opportunities.
Every time, my peers and the Management have helped get the best out of me and refine my attitude to succeed in personal and professional lives.
I have enjoyed and learned immensely from many new projects that I was given an opportunity to work in. The fantastic support from BR has helped me offer customers much more than what they expect.
I wish everyone gets to work in a company like BR where they can perform their best and reach the zenith of career growth.
