It’s an immense pleasure to work with Briskers. BR gave me ample opportunity to strengthen my field-specific Knowledge. Also, it widened my mindset in terms of idea generation and implementation. The culture motivated me to get the best out of the situation and helped me grow. The leadership team considers the ideas coming from the young generation, which gives an immense amount of motivation to work hard to achieve the organisational goal together. Fellow interns and cross-departmental communication helped me learn about organisational working at a whole and micro level.
