I got the opportunity to work as a Marketing Intern at BR Specialities LLP. It has been a journey of learning, experience, networking and most of all having fun through it all. Internship at BR has been a wholesome experience where two months went by in a flash. From having a warm welcome with an assigned desk of my name to getting to know about my projects in Brand management and CRM database formulation, there was an open environment of peer-peer learning from every domain as well as gaining industry insights from our mentors. Our projects were exactly relevant pertaining to our role.

The best thing is the culture of BR, where each Brisker gets the opportunity to express their ideas and see them being implemented. Never did we see any micromanagement, rather the focus was given on achieving results with a freedom in working environment.

I’d like to extend my gratitude to our mentor, Mr. Hitesh Garg who constantly inspired us with his zeal and guided us to promote out of the box thinking, Mrs. Versha Garg who despite her busy schedule, made sure to take weekly reviews and corrected us whenever we needed guidance, and lastly to all the Briskers who were always ready to answer any query or question we had. I have no doubt that BR Specialities LLP is an organization with progressive vision and promising growth.
