I am Adarsh Menon, currently pursuing my PGDM from Goa Institute of Management and am fortunate to have worked at Br Specialties for my Summer Internship Stint.
Being the first experience working in a corporate environment in my management career, BR truly helped me gain a holistic understanding of how a career in management would look like and the path I ought to follow to help me realize the vision I have for my career.
Working as a Marketing and Sales Intern for 2 months, made me truly appreciate the involvement we were allowed to have will all levels of the managerial Hierarchy. All the work I did and the inputs I was able to provide were valued and appreciated by the management, and seeing the hard work I put in come to fruition was a truly rewarding experience. The freedom to grow and work on the projects assigned on my own terms played a pivotal role in encouraging me to give my best in everything I was working on.
The Culture and family like environment fostered in the Company made it a pleasure to go to the office and connect with the welcoming faces, forging bonds that would last a lifetime. I would like to thank the entire team at Br for making my Internship a fun, memorable and enriching experience.
