I am really thrilled to have associated with the BR family. It’s been almost six months since I embarked on a journey with BR and I could clearly see the impact BR has made on my professional and personal lives. I am happy to share my experiences in this incredible journey through this forum.

It was always my dream to grow a career in the chemical industry with diversified products that meet the demands of today’s trendy and choosy customers. When I got the opportunity to work with BR, I couldn’t be happier. I was humbled by the respect customers had on BR and the contributions BR makes to give back to the society.

“Challenge yourself every day to give your best” - I believe that in order to grow, everyone must do something better than what they did yesterday.

Not only BR gives me space to consistently improve myself every day, but it also has inspiration in its air that brings out the best in everybody.

BR helped me realize the true potential in me. Being a working woman and homemaker, I had to admit that BR as a workplace, offers a fine work-life balance and utmost safety for women. This has helped me cherish the relationship with my family and work with due diligence for BR, my second family.

In BR, I am rediscovering myself in all the possible ways by exploring the market and dealing with many inspiring personalities. This has helped me to learn and explore new possibilities for my personal as well as professional growth. It also encourages me to become an expert in the field I am working in.
