It has only been a few months for me at BR but I already feel like a member of the BR family. It has been an excellent learning experience for me at BR. Every day I learn something new here which adds value to my life and helps me to become a better person than I was the day before

BR is driven by strong moral values that is entwined in its culture. This sets BR apart and ahead of all the other companies in the industry.

Apart from inspiring and supportive peers, the best thing about BR is the work culture. BR gives immense independence for every employee, encouraging them to do what they do best whole-heartedly. This culture makes the whole atmosphere of BR to always gleam with positivity. The company respects every employee and their presence, irrespective of the position they are in.

So far, I have been exposed to areas that were completely new to me. This has helped me learn a number of new things in the industry I love and not to mention the tremendous support the management provided me to become who I am today. Now, I stand more confident than ever and extremely pleased to instil the same confidence in the customers we serve.

At BR, each day is an opportunity. Every requirement opens up new areas for research and development to make a more diversified range of products. This very culture of curiosity makes BR’s products and solutions on par with the top organizations in the world.

In addition to sharpening my technical skills, I am also evolving as a person.

BR is not only a great place to perform, but also an exemplary place to learn and grow.

The higher management is so accessible. And when anybody reaches out for help or shares their suggestions with the Management team, trust me, they are heard and acted upon.
